 As the Branch Manager you will have management responsibility for a large diverse operation across a range of business areas such as Livestock, Merchandise, Insurance and Real Estate. Your main responsibilities will be to grow the branch sales, profit and operational performance through implementing agreed strategies, processes and initiative in terms of financial targets, customer management, cross selling, marketing and promotional activities.

With a strong team already in place, your ability to enhance and lead that team, proactively maintain and develop effective relationships with customers are key competencies. Whilst an empathy with the rural community is desirable, applicants from outside the rural sector with compatible Branch Management experience in an agribusiness environment are encouraged to apply.
